Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We understand the restraints of budgets which is why, depending on the size and nature of your order, we may be able to apply a discount to large orders. Please contact us at group@anern.com for a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PC, VISA, T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal and purchase orders. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Corporate Checks, and Personal Checks if you are submitting an order via mail.
Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Can you apply for tax exemptions?
Of course – if you have a document showing your tax-exemption status, just let us know when ordering and we’ll do the rest.
Can I view the products before I purchase them?
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 15-30 days.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes, we could print the logo on some products. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
How to proceed an order for product?
First, you need to let us know what your request or application is. Second, we will quote according to your request or our suggestion. Third, the customer confirms the sample and orders formally. Finally, we arrange production and delivery.

Yes, we offer 3~5 years warranty for our products.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
First, our products are produced under a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be controlled at 0.2% or less than 0.2%. Second, during the guarantee period, if your order is relatively small, we will re-ship the new lights to you. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions based on actual conditions, including re-call.
