According to media reports, Vietnam’s Zhongnan Group recently launched the country’s largest solar power plant with an installed capacity of 450 MW.
According to this reports, the solar power plant has an investment of 14 trillion VND (approximately 4.045 billion yuan). It is located in the central coastal province of Ninh Thuan and is connected to the national grid through a 17-kilometer transmission line constructed by Zhongnan Group.
The development of solar energy can solve the power shortage and reduce the power structure’s dependence on coal.
